Create Process

I did a recent survey about Business Process, one of the questions I asked was “Can you map out your business processes before you start your business?” 25% answered no.

We would not only say it’s possible but actually extremely important to do it. Imagine what the customer journey through your business will be, how will the staff work, what tasks need to be completed on a daily basis and so on.

Using a Task Wheel is to create process will be new to a lot of business people. They may have seen Mind Mapping software and flow charts, but they can be quite complicated to understand and use. Task Wheel is simple to use and only takes a few minutes to find your way around the tools.
